These mess were soooo yummy & I was so proud of how they came out! 🥰 These pictures are actually my boyfriends plates as his looked more aesthetically pleasing then mine! Therefore, my own plates had smaller portions and some tweaks to them for my own calorie and protein goals! As followed: Meal 2: I had plain egg whites + half a bagel + strawberries Meal 3: I had more veggies, less sweet potatoes, and a smaller portion of salmon Meal 4: I had cauliflower rice instead of Thai noodles
